1. How are you using Fringe with your patients or clients?

For SO many reasons! I have found it to be hugely impactful for my teenage/college student patients who are dealing with intense anxiety…works like a dream!

2. How do you incorporate Fringe products into your daily routine?

I start my day with some Fringe Mana isolate powder in my coffee and end the day with a packet of Henko broad spectrum powder in some electrolyte water before bed.

4. How do you find your #fringestate?

Time with my husband and spicy toddler, hiking in the mountains, and connecting with my wonderful circle of friends and colleagues.

1. How are you using Fringe with your patients or clients?

I’ve been using Mysa in place of previous emollients for all manual and instrument based therapies. With clients who feel their pain or stress is related to “more than a diagnosis”, or have not been responding to medication, or not sleeping well I have been giving them samples and instructions on when to dose/how to track for improvement.

2. How do you incorporate Fringe products into your daily routine?

I first started with fringe in the morning with my coffee which usually made me feel like I needed less caffeine to get going and carry a better sense of focus.  I recently switched to an evening routine coupled with tea and breathing exercises which has increased the amount of deep sleep I have been getting by 20-30 minutes a night.  Because of that I also feel like I need less coffee and caffeine in the morning so I decided to stick with my evening ritual!

3. What are you reading?  Against Empathy:

The Case for Rational Compassion” – Paul Bloom

4. How do you find your #fringestate?

I can usually find my fringe state whenever I am with “my girls,” however when I am flying solo a long walk outside, and some breathhold work usually helps slow me down and bring me back to a state of harmony.

Fringe Educator

1. How are you using Fringe with your patients or clients?

I recommend Fringe for sleep disturbances, pain, and anxiety. In our practice, we incorporate a holistic approach to patient care looking at the whole person. We use Fringe CBD alongside chiropractic care to optimize results.

2. How do you incorporate Fringe products into your daily routine?

I am a high strung Type A personality, so I take Fringe Henko in the morning.  I found that I do not need as much CBD in a water soluble product compared to the oil I was taking prior. It acts faster in my body and more effectively.

3. What are you reading?

Hormone Intelligence” – Aviva Romm

4. How do you find your #fringestate?

Every morning, I wake up and meditate using binaural beats and emotional tapping technique for 20-30 minutes. It is a non-negotiable in my world as it grounds me to be the most optimal human I can be.

Scientific Director

1. How are you using Fringe with your patients or clients?

I don’t work directly with patients or clients but I recommend CBD to many friends and family!

2. How do you incorporate Fringe products into your daily routine?

I put a packet of Mana into my tea in the morning and a packet of Henko into a beverage of choice in the evening. I have some chronic back pain and stiffness that this helps to keep away.

3. What are you reading?

“From the Ashes” – Jesse Thistle

4. How do you find your #fringestate?

I find my FringeState through my daily practices and rituals. These days, which admittedly is summertime at the cottage, I start my day with reflection and meditation, then a walk and (hopefully) a bike ride, good food, time with family/friends, and the list really goes on and on. These things form the backbone of my life and keep me centered.
